Lines & Current has always been committed to donating at least 10% of profits to worthy causes. 

(2017-19) In 2017 we partnered with SOS Children's Villages. Since then we've become one of their largest UK corporate donors. Between 2017-2019 our donation sent 64 African kids to school for a year, covering the cost of tuition, books and transport. 

Young people, all over the world, are facing challenges when trying to find work and transition to independence, as many lack the opportunities and technical skills needed to get a job.

(2020-25) In 2020 we were asked by SOS to donate to a new 'Youth Training and Employability Centre' which has been having an important impact in The Gambia, one of Africa's smallest and poorest countries. Through our support 402 students have graduated from the programme with another 140 due to graduate in early 2025. Over 70% of Youth Training and Employability Centre participants are women. The students have studied a range of subjects to support them in enjoying sustainable livelihoods, such as sewing, literacy catering and PC repairs- evidence has shown that graduates now earn three and a half times more than their pre-training earnings and that after graduating 70% of the graduated lead independent lives.
