Christmas Period & COVID-19
Due to COVID-19 and because we are now in the Christmas period, unfortunately we are seeing delays with Royal Mail Deliveries. We strongly recommend you considering upgrading to Special Delivery at checkout if you are in the UK and require your order for Christmas. At this stage we cannot guarantee you will receive First Class Royal Mail in time. You can find more shipping information here.
Regarding refunds and exchanges, we are extending our policy to 60 days for the Christmas period. The returned product must be unused and in its original packaging. Please note we cannot accept returns of earrings for hygiene reasons.
