To keep your jewellery looking its best, gently clean it regularity with a soft cloth and store it in an air tight container or bag when not in use.
For gold-plated jewellery, extra care is essential and we highly recommend removing it at night, in the water and during potentially high wearing activities like working out. Although we apply a thick layer of gold-plating, jewellery that is gold-plated will inherently wear in time (even the best of quality), so the better you take care of it, the longer it will hold its beauty.
We offer 6 months manufacturers warranty and 1 year for solid gold pieces. Please note this does not cover wear and tear (ie snagged chains, scratches, excessive wear on rings).

I wanted to buy a gift card for a group of friends to give to a mutual friend for her 50th birthday. I assumed that I could purchase a physical card but realised that I could only buy a virtual”gift card” which is sent by email. We wanted to give the gift to her when we were out for dinner celebrating her birthday. As such I had the gift voucher sent to my email address and then had to print it at home and then fold the A4 page to fit in to the envelope with her birthday card. It wasn’t a bit soulless and not very aesthetically pleasing. Would much prefer to be able to buy a physical gift card which is so much nicer.

Unfortunately there are limitations on our system which currently does not allow us to sell physical gift cards online. However, as of this week we are now able to offer physical gift cards in store if you happen to live locally to us. We've been working to try and offer the physical gift cards online as well, we just need to work out the back end issues. Thanks for the feedback.

Bought for my daughter-in-law's birthday. She loved it. After a lot of deliberation she chose two pairs of earrings.
