To keep your jewellery looking its best, gently clean it regularity with a soft cloth and store it in an air tight container or bag when not in use.
For gold-plated jewellery, extra care is essential and we highly recommend removing it at night, in the water and during potentially high wearing activities like working out. Although we apply a thick layer of gold-plating, jewellery that is gold-plated will inherently wear in time (even the best of quality), so the better you take care of it, the longer it will hold its beauty.
We offer 6 months manufacturers warranty and 1 year for solid gold pieces. Please note this does not cover wear and tear (ie snagged chains, scratches, excessive wear on rings).
