About Us
We're a Belfast-based jewellery brand that's been serving customers across the UK, Ireland and the world for 11 years. We're a small team, but you wouldn't know it from looking in. We love our customers and our passion is to help people feel a bit better about themselves through both our jewellery designs and how we look after them.
Role: Fulfilment & Customer Experience Associate
Position: Full-time
Start Date: Approx early July
Location: Portview, East Belfast
Salary: £26,000 + annual bonus (dependant on company performance)
Deadline: Open until filled. We expect high demand, so apply ASAP.
You’ll be the person making sure orders go out beautifully so that customers feel properly looked after. You'll also be involved in the smooth day-to-day running of the studio.
It’s a hands-on role. You’ll be packing a lot of orders, writing cards, chatting to customers over email and in person at our studio during our daily pick-up hour and monthly popups. You’ll be a representative of the brand, so we want someone who genuinely loves jewellery and likes to help people out.
- Picking, packing and shipping online orders (lots of small, pretty things that need care).
- A lot of prepping and sorting though jewellery inventory.
- Answering customer emails with care and attention.
- Handling returns, exchanges and the occasional “my chain snapped” conversation with grace.
- Quality-checking pieces before they go out the door.
- Keeping stock tidy with regular stock checks.
- Helping customers face-to-face during our daily pick-up hour.
- Joining us at our monthly Sunday popup (paid in addition to salary and they’re genuinely fun).
- Pitching in with the team on whatever the day throws at us.
- Someone who is “dead on.” Above anything else, we value a cohesive and positive work environment.
- Someone who works hard and takes pride in doing things properly.
- Genuine warmth with customers, the kind you can’t fake.
- Comfortable with repetitive, detailed work (jewellery is small, fiddly and requires patience).
- Proficient in email and typing. Can communicate in a clear, friendly and effective manner.
- Happy to be customer-facing at popups and pick-ups.
- Previous fulfilment, admin, retail or hospitality experience is a bonus but not essential.
- A genuine interest in the brand (you don’t need to own ten necklaces, just get what we’re about.) We sometimes involve the team in social content, so being comfortable creating content and appearing on social channels is a plus.
- Someone with a sense of style. We ask the team for feedback on new designs, content ideas, etc. It also helps with assisting customers when they ask for advice.
- Be in a supportive team and an environment with lots of variation and newness.
- 33 holiday days inc bank holidays.
- Potential to grow with the brand.
- We're a small team so you'll get the chance to see the inner workings of a jewellery brand.
- A chance to work in the hustle of Portview in East Belfast.
- And yes, proper team discounts on the jewellery.

This is more of a senior role of the two. You’ll be responsible for all the inbound customer service emails. You’ll oversee order flow, coordinate the daily operations and admin of the studio. You'll be assisting in creating better systems in the business.
You'll be dealing with customers face to face during our daily pick-up hour and monthly popups. You’ll be a representative of the brand, so we want someone who genuinely loves jewellery and likes to help people out.
- Being the first point of contact for customer enquiries handling everything from order questions to complaints with warmth and patience.
- Keeping an eye on day-to-day fulfilment and making sure orders are going out properly, on time and to the standard we'd want our customers to receive.
- Managing stock by keeping on top of what we have, flagging what we're running low on and coordinating with suppliers when we need to reorder.
- Spotting where things could run smoother and actually doing something about it. Whether that's a process that's taking too long or a gap nobody's noticed yet.
- Checking in regularly with the Director to make sure things are hitting the mark. Sharing what's going well, flagging anything that needs attention and keeping everyone in the loop.
- Helping customers face-to-face during our pick-up hour.
- Overseeing our monthly Sunday popup (paid in addition to salary and they're genuinely fun).
- Pitching in with the team on whatever the day throws at us.
- Someone who is “dead on.” Above anything else, we value a cohesive and positive work environment.
- Someone who works hard and takes pride in doing things properly.
- Genuine warmth with customers, the kind you can’t fake.
- Can deal with difficult customer service queries on a regular basis while still maintaining warmth and consideration to customers.
- 1-2 years experience in any of these areas: customer service or a form of project management or admin coordination.
- Competent computer and typing skills. Some experience in using software (ie project management tools, shopify, spreadsheets etc).
- Happy to be customer-facing at popups and pick-ups.
- A genuine interest in the brand (you don’t need to own ten necklaces, just get what we’re about). We sometimes involve the team in social content, so being comfortable creating content and appearing on social channels is a plus.
